ISI’s Bill Manning keeps his promise

Bill Manning, ISI’s Engineer Surveyor has recently achieved one of his ambitions, that he promised his late Father he would do by achieving Full member status to the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
The award ceremony was held at the Motor Industry Research association – M.I.R.A. on Monday 21st October 2013, with the certificates presented by MIRA’s Business Development Manager.
