Industrial Safety Inspections are delighted and proud to announce that the Armed Forces Covenant have accepted our pledge to support our nations Armed Forces personnel and their families. Here’s our pledge.

Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

Not only has our pledge been accepted, we have now also been given the Bronze Award within the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme. The award recognises employers who state their intent to be a Forces Friendly employer.

There are around 200,000 people in the Armed Forces and we recognise that many of them have skills and knowledge which translate well into the health and safety inspections work that we do. Our work is about managing risk and achieving compliance – something armed forces personnel are very familiar with.

This award demonstrates our openness to the employment of people from our forces community, present and future, and it will also hopefully encourage other companies to do the same.

We are already seeing the benefits of bringing ex-forces personnel into our team – they are supporting our steady business expansion based on a policy of customer care, expertise and professionalism.
